The border to Myanmar is just 140 KM from Imphal. Meet your expedition team in Imphal, and get ready to OVERLAND.

Stay: Hotel Majesty
Today we drive across the Indian border at Tamu and set-foot in Myanmar and start our drive through “The Golden Land”.

3 - 4
Kalay - Bagan
Stay: Aureum Palace Hotel (or similar)
4000 Exotic Buddhist temples are scattered across a vast dusty plain, making Bagan one of the most remarkable sights in Asia

Yangon
Stay: Wyndham Grand
No better way to start the day today, than by visiting the Great Shwedagon Pagoda, Myanmars largest buddhist relic.

Hpa Ann - Tak
Stay: Viang Tak Riverside
We arrive at the Mae Sot border to complete our crossing formalities and enter Thailand.

Bangkok

After 8 days of being on the road, we're finally in the bustling city of Bangkok.

Stay: Novotel/Sofitel Inle Lake
Get up close to the Intha Tribe, and local fishermen, as you get a chance to experience the culture of Shan state.

Kalaymo - Imphal
Stay: Classic Grande
Our final drive of the trip, crossing over into India via the Indo-Myanmar friendship bridge we had used to exit the country
